Orders & payment

All prices include VAT. Payment is processed securely at checkout via the methods shown (card, Klarna, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Swish, Shop Pay). Your order is confirmed by email once payment is completed.

Shipping

We ship within the EU. Free shipping on orders over €45; delivery typically takes 5–8 business days. Orders are dispatched with tracking.

Returns & guarantee

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law, and beyond that our 30-day money-back guarantee — see Right of withdrawal and Returns.

Product information

Our products are cosmetics compliant with EU Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009. Full ingredient lists are published on every product page. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
