Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer in the EU you have a legal 14-day right of withdrawal (ångerrätt) when purchasing online.

How it works

You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. Notify us via the contact page within that period, then return the items within 14 days of your notice. We refund the full amount including standard shipping within 14 days of receiving the return.

Condition of items

You may open and inspect products as you would in a store. If a product's value is diminished beyond what is necessary to inspect it, a deduction may apply — but note that our separate 30-day money-back guarantee goes further: use the product fully, and if you are not satisfied within 30 days of delivery we refund your order anyway.
